I’m an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, registered with the British Association for Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy (BABCP), with specialised training in Behavioural Couples Therapy. I’m committed to staying current with the latest evidence-based approaches through ongoing professional development.

My career has spanned diverse settings, including NHS inpatient units, primary schools, international charities and NGOs, and higher education. Currently, I split my time between NHS work with individuals and couples, guest lecturing for UCL’s low-intensity teaching programme, and private practice. I offer private sessions on weekday evenings and Friday afternoons, both online and in person at my London Bridge location.

I also provide clinical supervision for newly qualified psychotherapists.
